Safa Younes is a social entrepreneur, humanitarian, and women’s rights advocate with over 15 years of experience in community development. She founded Arous Elbahar and later De Yaffa, a pioneering social enterprise blending authentic Arab hospitality with economic opportunities for local women. Alongside her entrepreneurial work, Safa has held senior public sector roles advancing social and economic development for Arab society and serves as a grief counselor, supporting individuals navigating loss and trauma. Recognized as one of Lady Globes’ “30 Women of Distinction,” her work weaves together heritage, empowerment, and healing to drive social change.
