Michal Eitan is a seasoned leader, educator, and entrepreneur specializing in design thinking, sustainability, and healthcare innovation. With nearly two decades of experience teaching at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Jerusalem, she has played a pivotal role in shaping design education and its integration with sustainability and healthcare. In 2021, Michal founded the Florence Program at Soroka Medical Center, a pioneering initiative that immerses students in real-world healthcare challenges to develop empathy-driven solutions. Her career spans leadership roles in high-tech companies and incubators, and she holds advanced degrees in business, sociology, and urban planning.
