Meirav Leshem Gonen

Meirav Leshem Gonen is a mechanical engineer by training, having spent over two decades at ISCAR in various management positions. When her youngest son was diagnosed with cancer, she decided to shift her path to work with people, not just in front of a computer. She studied coaching in four different schools, authored a book for the Logos Coaching School, earned a master’s degree in Health Promotion and Business Consulting, and has since guided women-led businesses, driven by a deep desire to support processes of growth and change.

On October 7th, her personal story became one with national resonance. Her daughter, Romi, was kidnapped from the Nova music festival and held captive in Gaza. The fight for her life united a vast community of women, mothers, and families from across Israel. Out of unimaginable pain grew courage, faith, and hope, transforming Meirav’s personal journey into a symbol of resilience and the collective strength that emerges even in the darkest moments.
