Reut founded Mamajor to empower women through music. Mamajor creates singing ensembles for mothers and women who refuse to wait until retirement to pursue their musical passions. Through these ensembles, women connect, push beyond comfort zones, take the stage with confidence, and lead from the front. Through these powerful feminine communities, women transform into better versions of themselves.

Ronit Rolland is Mamajor’s Chief Musical Director. She is a singer, composer, and songwriter, as well as a musical arranger, producer, and conductor. She leads mamajor musical part at the event.
